Nolan Gard, was recently hired at Creative Underwriters, joining our Transportation department. Nolan just graduated from Purdue University in December with a degree in management and organizational leadership. He will begin his training/mentoring in Dar Setters' underwriting team as an Underwriter Associate. As he trains, he will add to the responsiveness and sales appetite of Dar's underwriting team. Anna Herbert was recently promoted from Underwriting Services Team Leader to Underwriter Associate. She is training now to support Rhonda Daugherty's underwriting team. Anna has been with Creative since 2002, licensed since 2004, and She is proving to be a quick study in Rhonda's team.

Elizabeth Trent has accepted a position at Creative in the Underwriting Services Department.

Cort Burris recently joined us at Creative and works with the Underwriting Services Department.

Lets all 'WELCOME" the new employees to Creative and for everyone participating in continuing education programs.

We are in the process of converting all existing Empire Fire and Marine business to Zurich companies. Empire is owned by Zurich, so this is largely an internal adjustment, however requires non-renewal notices and rewrite offers onto new Zurich companies paper. We are providing the necessary notices accordingly.

Note that this change will greatly expand our access to Zurich companies transportation markets. We can now access a suite of transportation carriers within Zurich and use their new on-line rate and issuance tools.
